INGREDIENTS

6 Multi-Grain Buns
2 Large Egg Whites
1 Large Egg
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slice each of the Buns into 6 wedges.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg whites and egg. Whisk in the cashew milk, vanilla, and salt.
3. Spray a nonstick saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
4. Dip the Bun wedges in the egg mixture, then arrange on the hot pan. Cook until browned, then flip and repeat until completely cooked through.
5. Serve with powdered erythritol, ground cinnamon, sliced bananas, and pure maple syrup. Honey, jam, honey, fruit, whipped cream, and/or chocolate chips work well too!
